1. I would like a tenant that is earning at least $52,920 per year or at least $4410 monthly to be able to rent this suite out (the earning amount can be combined with all people living here). Tenant must be professionally employed in there current work (company they currently work for) for at least 4 months. If tenant current work or job is under 4 months then I ask for previous employment reference. Please note that I will verify employment and income.
If the tenant employment income is not at least $52,920 yearly or $4410 monthly then I ask, are there other verifiable income proof or documents you can provide to me to prove you earning this amount?
2. I like at least two years worth of rental references and that your most recent landlord has recently inspected your current rental place. If your most recent landlord has not inspected your place, I will ask your landlord to inspect your place.
