Our unit is the most desirable suite in Conrad House, 522 River Ave, Osborne Village! Sublet October 1 to end of February with October rent free and option to renew with Lount Corporation. Our 2 bedroom 2 FULL bathroom apartment in Conrad House is on the 4th floor ( top floor) and has 10 foot ceilings making the apartment feel extra luxurious. Being on the top floor you have no one walking above you and the view is exceptional looking downtown with lovely trees just outside the windows. The building is just 4 years old and we are the only ones who have lived in our apartment. It looks and feels brand new. The appliances are impeccable making it hard to believe that it is even 4 years old. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. One has a shower with glass doors and the other has a bathtub with a shower head. The unit has a stackable washer and dryer and an amazing amount of cupboard space in the kitchen as well as a pantry just off the kitchen. The location is fantastic with lovely walks along Wellington Crescent, and a Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, and a liquor store across the street. If you are from out of town you might not know that Osborne Village is central in Winnipeg which makes the area very desirable.
