The unit is $1,148.00 a month all utilities included (heat, water, hydro) and the lease is done December 31, 2021 with option to renew. Parking is extra, $50.00 a month.
The apartment is fairly big and has a huge balcony with a very nice view on the 8th floor.
It is a concrete building and has 2 elevators and 2 laundry rooms on every floor. Laundry machines are operated by a card. The machine to load laundry card is located on the main floor of the building. $2.25 to wash $2.25 to dry.
Bedrooms are fairly big as well. The master bedroom is huge with so much closet space and a walk in closet with built in shelf.
Kitchen has a full sized fridge, stove and dishwasher.
Bathroom is also fairly large.
Neighbors are all good people, never had a problem with any of them even once which is really nice.
Security entrance with cameras in lobby, has wheelchair ramp.
Has big swimming pool outdoors and nice courtyard with benches to enjoy summer days.
Building is pet friendly. Cats only With pet deposit (half of the months rent $574.00) and you can have up to 2 cats.
Damage deposit is also half months rent upon being approved by management.
Nice area close to a lot amenities like schools, parks, playgrounds, soccer field, walking paths. Walking distance to Superstore, gas station, restaurants, bakery, ice cream shop, and cannabis store.
There is access to transit on Kenaston Blvd.
A drive away to The Outlet Collection Mall, Ikea, Walmart, Dollarama, Sobeys, Grant Park Mall, Rec Room, Movie theater, Costco, canadian tire, home depot, Good Life Fitness, Shoppers Drug Mart and Polo Park.
